Last year, the Canadian Red Cross was notified by our merchant provider, that the organization was required to become PCI compliant before December 31st, 2005.

Catherine Clarke-Pagliaro of C.N. Wylie Group Inc. has proved to be very knowledgeable about the PCI compliance requirements and the process required to achieve full compliance. Her expertise and determination were essential in guiding us through a comprehensive action plan to meet the deadline. She demonstrated that she understood the financial challenges of non-profit organizations and acted as our advocate with PCI to minimize the financial impact, on several occasions.

Catherine is concerned with the security vulnerability of the charitable sector, protection for all credit card holders and is determined to raise security awareness and to ensure that organizations like the Canadian Red Cross adopt a culture of high security over the long term.
